Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Natural Bee Care, LLC ("VitalBee," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit getvitalbee.com or vitalbeefeed.com (together, the "Sites"), request product samples, place an order, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us. Both Sites are operated by the same company and share this Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Natural Bee Care, LLC operates the VitalBee brand and sells VitalBee bee feed products to commercial and hobbyist beekeepers. Our mailing address is 1855 Grogan Avenue, Suite A, Merced, CA 95341. You can reach us at [email protected] or (866) 834-5004.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you fill out a form on either Site — requesting a test quantity, scheduling an order, contacting us, opting into SMS, or subscribing to updates — you may provide:

• Name, business or operation name, and role
• Email address and phone number
• Shipping address and billing address
• Colony count, operation size, and other information about your beekeeping operation
• Order details, product preferences, and payment information (payment card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
• Any message content you send us

2.2 Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Sites, we (and our service providers) automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies:

• IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, and general location (city/region)
• Pages viewed, referring and exit pages, clicks, scroll depth, and time on page
• Traffic source (search engine, social platform, email, direct)
• Interactions with forms, videos, and CTAs

We use GoHighLevel (our CRM and hosting platform), Google Analytics, and similar tools to gather this information.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from advertising partners (Meta, Google, YouTube), referral partners, and service providers who help us operate the Sites or fulfill orders.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to sample requests and inquiries
• Process and ship orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and product information
• Send marketing emails and, with your consent, SMS messages about VitalBee products, promotions, and educational content — you can opt out at any time (see Section 7)
• Personalize content and measure how our marketing performs
• Improve the Sites and develop new products
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use vendors to host the Sites, process payments, ship orders, send emails and SMS, run analytics, and handle customer support. They are only allowed to use your information to perform services for us.
• Production and fulfillment partners. We work with Diversified (dry mix blending) and Global Patties (patty production) in our supply chain. Order information may be shared with fulfillment partners as needed to manufacture and ship product.
• Advertising and analytics partners. Platforms like Meta, Google, and similar services receive pseudonymous identifiers (cookies, hashed emails) so we can measure campaigns and serve more relevant ads. Depending on applicable law, this activity may qualify as "sharing" or "targeted advertising," and you can opt out (see Section 8).
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, customers, or property.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your direction or consent. Any other sharing you authorize.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Sites use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in where applicable, measure site performance, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some functionality of the Sites.

6. Email communications

If you give us your email address, we may send you transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping, account notices) and, where permitted, marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing us at [email protected]. Transactional messages related to an active order will continue.

7. SMS / text message communications

If you opt in to receive SMS from VitalBee — for example by checking an SMS consent box on a form or replying to a message with consent — we may send you order updates, appointment reminders, and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can stop receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS will not affect other communications you receive from us. Your mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising
• Limit use of sensitive personal information (where applicable)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), California consumers have the rights listed above. To exercise them, email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your request using the information we have on file.

Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) have similar rights and may submit requests through the same email address.

We do not knowingly sell personal information of anyone under 16.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Sites may link to third-party websites and services (including social media platforms and research publications). Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.

13. International users

VitalBee is based in the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, by email or a notice on the Sites). Your continued use of the Sites after the effective date means you accept the revised Policy.
